Role and Responsibilities
Integration Engineer for Lighting for Automotive application
Ownership of project management at customer facility
Abilities & Experience
- To manage Customer project timeline & assigned technical deliverables
- Map customer requirement & create work break down structure (WBS)
- Drive periodic GEMBA meeting to drive project activities and resolve issues if any
- Manage cross functional team meetings to achieve technical targets
- Monitor issue management to prioritize the issues against the key milestones in Product development cycle
- To manage the deliverable & related administrative responsibilities.
- Must have good conflict management skills
- Must have business analytical skills to present data-based options for quick decision making
- Good team player to understand the team priority for crisis management
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputed Institution / University
Preferred Skills
Presentation Skills, Project Management
Exposure to Lighting domain with understanding of product knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write reports.
Flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to change.
Accurate and strong attention to detail.
Software CAD, PLM, with MS Office Proficiency
Experience Band
2 to 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry
