About the Role:

  • We are seeking two experienced Sourcing Specialists to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This role is dedicated solely to candidate sourcing recruiters will manage the process after candidates are qualified.
  • One position will focus on sourcing Loan Officers for the Home Loans Department.
  • The second position will be a floater supporting high-volume sales roles across the organization.
  • This opportunity is ideal for a sourcing professional with a background in mortgage, home loans, sales, or financial services recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, engage, and assess passive non-tech talent, particularly in sales and mortgage roles.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Conduct screening calls (10 30 per week) to qualify candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and transition qualified leads to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Utilize sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, talent databases, and applicant platforms.
  • Leverage direct applicants, competitive intelligence, and market trends to refine sourcing pipelines.
  • Align candidate motivations with client s value proposition and job expectations.
  • Provide market insights and talent data to inform strategy.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and support improvements to the sourcing process.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (minimum 4 years required).
  • Proven success sourcing for non-tech roles, especially in sales, mortgage, or financial services.
  • Background in a large or tech-driven organization (at least one prior employer).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, AI sourcing tools, and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, GEM).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting candidate relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with data analysis skills to guide sourcing decisions.
  • Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing practices.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with Loan Officer sourcing, NMLS requirements, and home loan industry terminology.
  • Experience sourcing for insurance, mortgage, or home lending roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday and GEM ATS platforms.

Education:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
