Location : Portland OR, Seattle WA

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead sales growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships across the West Coast region. This leadership role requires a strategic and hands-on professional to drive new business acquisition and manage existing accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and track new logo acquisition within the West Coast region by leveraging industry relationships and networks.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, delivery, and customer support to align on sales strategies and ensure customer success.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for business growth and improvement.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years proven sales experience in the Manufacturing domain; experience selling software products is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the technology sector and market dynamics specific to the West Coast.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.
