Job Details
Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated engineer or scientist to serve as a Missile System Engineer on foreign missile systems. The candidate will lead or support the analysis of the missile's propulsion subsystem, guidance and navigation, airframe, and control subsystems using insights gained from intelligence data. The candidate will work with a multi-discipline team to develop a comprehensive understanding, assessment, and design of the foreign missile.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or STEM-related degree.
- Experience in weapons systems design, missile systems design, or weapons systems performance analysis
- Able to perform exploratory analysis and research, and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with other internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to succinctly describe complex technical scenarios in simple, easily understood terms.
- Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with immediate eligibility for SCI
Required Experience:
- Two or more years' experience with missile systems/subsystems, such as any of the following: propulsion, airframe, controls, materials, guidance and navigation, fuze, warhead, missile signatures, or seekers.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with system design and trade studies.
- Experience supporting US Government S&TI Centers.
- Previous All-Source analysis experience
