Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Technical Lead / Architect (Development)
Location: Europe / East Coast USA
Experience: 8 12 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as hands-on Technical Lead for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development.
- Own end-to-end development activities including design, coding, unit testing, and deployment.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code aligned with SFCC standards.
- Collaborate with Architects, BAs, and QA teams to deliver integrated e-commerce solutions.
- Mentor developers and ensure on-time delivery of features.
Requirements:
- 8 12 years of IT experience with deep hands-on expertise in SFCC.
- Strong coding proficiency in ISML, JavaScript, Node.js, and SFCC pipelines/controllers.
- Proven experience as a development lead on large-scale e-commerce projects (experience with global enterprises such as Stanley Black & Decker is a plus).
- Knowledge of integrations with payment gateways, OMS, and ERP.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
