Seeking a Business Analyst to support a restructuring project, documenting and reviewing current business processes.
Work closely with leadership teams to understand existing workflows and identify process gaps and improvement areas.
Responsible for developing detailed documentation of both current ( as-is ) and future ( to-be ) processes.
The restructuring initiative will impact financials, compensation plans, and system access, requiring cross-functional collaboration.
Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for gathering requirements and presenting findings.
Prior experience in restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions projects is a significant advantage.
