Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday are in-office days.
Travel is required for team meetings and site visits (1-2 times per month).

Overview
Our client is seeking a Junior Project Management Analyst (PMA) to support the Distribution Program Management Office (DPMO). The Junior PMA will assist the Sr. Project Manager who is responsible for a variety of electric utility distribution programs and projects, primarily in the Mays Landing, NJ. area.

Roles and responsibilities of the Junior PMA include supporting a variety of project analytical activities, and contract administration including supporting the development of RFP's for distribution programs, creation of contract requisitions, contract payment authorizations, invoice review and approval, accruals, and overall contract tracking responsibilities. PMAs will be responsible for managing a large amount of program-level data that is tracked through a variety of programs including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft PowerBi.

The perfect candidate would have a good mix of analytical, office administration work, and Project Manager experience with utility experience as a plus.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor s degree and 3+ years of experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in Asset Suite 8, MS PowerBI, and MS SharePoint.
Strong analytic skills including specific experience with advanced functions in Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, equations).
Ability to deal with high volumes of orders in an organized manner.
Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, timely, dependable, and effective communicator.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Utility construction knowledge.
Interest or experience in the energy industry.
