Job Role: EUC Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Fort Worth, Texas (Day1 Onsite)
Type: FTE only
Experience Level: 7-10 years of experience in IT Delivery Management, with a strong focus on End User Computing.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic EUC Technical Delivery Manager to lead and manage the delivery of comprehensive end-user computing services and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the EUC landscape. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, leadership capabilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery & Operations:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of EUC services, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, core applications, printers, virtual desktops (VDI), and related infrastructure.
- Ensure that all services meet or exceed agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes for EUC environments, adhering to ITIL best practices.
- Drive proactive monitoring, maintenance, and patching of EUC systems to ensure stability, security, and optimal performance.
- Working knowledge of application packaging, Nexthink/Systrack, SCCM
- Strong and hands on experience in reporting using ServiceNow, excel
- Implement and manage asset lifecycle for EUC devices and software, including procurement, deployment, inventory, and disposal.
- Project & Program Management:
- Lead and manage technical projects related to EUC, such as OS upgrades, application rollouts, hardware refreshes, and new technology implementations.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Report regularly on project status and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and external managed service providers/vendors regarding EUC service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, managing expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of EUC engineers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Provide technical guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
