Job Title: UltiPro Architect

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced UltiPro Architect to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of UKG Pro (UltiPro) HCM and Payroll solutions.
  • The Architect will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system integrations, efficient workflows, and scalable solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect end-to-end UltiPro/UKG Pro solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management modules.
  • Configure, optimize, and customize workflows to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Lead system integrations with ERP, Time & Attendance, and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance for UltiPro system usage.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for new implementations and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and data security regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in HCM systems with at least 4+ years in UltiPro/UKG Pro architecture and configuration.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, SSO, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.

Preferred:

  • UKG Pro certifications.
  • Experience with reporting tools (Cognos, BI tools, or UKG reporting).
  • Background in large-scale HR transformations or global HR/Payroll systems.
