Role: Technical Financial Project Manager with Active PMP/Modernization/Azure

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months

Description:

1. Technical Project Manager with Financial Systems, Azure & Modernization experience.
2. We need an experienced PM who has experience with large scale projects or programs and is able to deal with the complexity within this program and the many team-to-team dependencies. Need to have heavy experience with Azure

Job Description:

• Lead workstreams ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, addressing team-to-team dependencies and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues, escalating concerns as needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and aligns with Agile practices.
• Ensure alignment with program goals, deadlines, and priorities while managing expectations with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other workstream leads and the broader program team to ensure integrated project delivery and mitigate interdependencies.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in project management, including Scrum, Agile, and Scaled Agile methodologies where applicable.

Skillset / Experience:

• Ability to navigate and manage complex, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on driving results and meeting deadlines.

Required:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Strong Agile experience
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs or projects with complex team structures and interdependencies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Deerfield Beach at least 3 days/week.
