Position: Oracle Fusion Billing Technical Consultant
Location: San Francisco CA (Day 1 onsite)
Rate: DOE
****Fast-paced finance transformation program. Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, exp with billing apps such as Zuora or BillingPlatform is needed****
Job Details:
- Own the design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management within our SLA guideline.
- Collaborate during our migration project to Oracle Fusion Cloud to design and implement the future state application / process models.
- Partner directly with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system solutions that enable speed, accuracy, and compliance.
- Act as application champion, ensuring user adoption and satisfaction.
- Ensure effective application governance policies.
- Monitor ongoing application performance and reliability and ensure vendor SLAs are met.
- Own application incident management and ensure ticket SLAs are met.
- Keep up-to-date on upcoming application releases and improvements that may impact your stakeholders.
- Manage application versioning and ensure timely upgrades.
- Ensure alignment with overall IT strategies and policies.
- Monitor system performance and establish a disaster recovery strategy while parting with the Business for business continuity plans.
- Maintain system and process documentation.
- Support testing, data validation, change management, and end-user training during new implementations and releases.
- Proactively monitor Oracle s quarterly updates and lead impact assessments and adoption of new features.
