Position: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Consultant
Location: Austin TX (Hybrid)
Rate: DOE

***This is going to be remote but sometimes office work may be required in a month.***


Job Details:

  • Own the design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management within our SLA guideline.
  • Collaborate during our migration project to Oracle Fusion Cloud to design and implement the future state application / process models.
  • Partner directly with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system solutions that enable speed, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Act as application champion, ensuring user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective application governance policies.
  • Monitor ongoing application performance and reliability and ensure vendor SLAs are met.
  • Own application incident management and ensure ticket SLAs are met.
  • Keep up-to-date on upcoming application releases and improvements that may impact your stakeholders.
  • Manage application versioning and ensure timely upgrades.
  • Ensure alignment with overall IT strategies and policies.
  • Monitor system performance and establish a disaster recovery strategy while parting with the Business for business continuity plans.
  • Maintain system and process documentation.
  • Support testing, data validation, change management, and end-user training during new implementations and releases.
  • Proactively monitor Oracle s quarterly updates and lead impact assessments and adoption of new features.

 

Stakeholder Management:

 

  • Collaborate across IT with groups like the enterprise architecture, application managers, etc. to ensure robust and scalable system architecture.
  • Collaborate and align with Business, Product Managers, and Global Process Owners on strategic objectives, needs, pain points and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Evangelize and articulate the business value that the Enterprise Application Team delivers to the Business.
  • Communicate application capabilities, limitations, and future changes / updates with the Business and fellow IT colleagues.
