This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, deploy, and manage Microsoft Teams services including meetings, telephony, and AV in meeting rooms
• Enable and support AI-powered productivity through Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 apps and services
• Support and manage Miro and Google Workspace environments including user provisioning, policy enforcement, and integrations
• Provide escalation-level support for complex issues across collaboration platforms
• Design and implement automation workflows using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate
• Deploy and operate voice and video solutions in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Ensure security and compliance for all modern workplace services including configuration of AudioCodes SBC and DLP policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and evolve digital workplace solutions
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the modern workplace ecosystem

REQUIREMENTS

• Senior-level experience with Modern Workplace platforms and unified communications technologies (3+ years)
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and SharePoint
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Miro, Zoom, and Google Workspace
• Good understanding of telephony, voice, and video technologies including PSTN and SBC integrations
• Proficiency in data networking, cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with identity and access management solutions such as Entra ID
• Experience with AI-driven productivity tools and governance
• Knowledge of automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Strong understanding of compliance, data governance, and security best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex issues
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate for workflow automation
• Knowledge of online video platforms and SBC/VoIP systems
• Familiarity with AI agents design and integration
• Background in networks basics
• Experience with Online Video Platforms
