Mainframe ETL Informatica Developer

NewGen is seeking an ETL Informatica Developer to provide support and assistance to design, development, integrate, test, and deploy a modernized platform and also support day-to-day Operations & Maintenance (O&M) work.

Required skills/Level of Experience:

• At least 7+ years of development experience
• At least 5+ years with development experience in Mainframe environment
• Experience with mainframe database, and mainframe applications (COBOL, Assembler)
• Experience with ETL workflow creation using Informatica
• Experience with PL/SQL (or other database languages), Unix scripting, Databases/NoSQL (ideally Oracle and MS-SQL), AWS Cloud and data transformation

Nice to have skills:

• Able to write Java Python or Spark/Scala scripts
• Data Modeling
• Able to create visualizations on DataSets using Looker or Power BI Mainframe/ Assembly language
• Mainframe / Assembly language
