Job Description:
Join the company and help make a difference as a Sr. Project Manager (contractor)
This important role will manage multiple projects by planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within timeframe and funding parameters. They will manage these projects and efforts from initiation to close, reporting status and gaining direction for Executive Sponsorship throughout the project's lifecycle. They ensure success by properly identifying and planning on how to solve the business need/s by gathering, analyzing, and managing business and technical inputs to the project, and processes for multiple concurrent projects, and/or other efforts. They work with their assigned project team to plan and manage activities. The PM will have day-to-day responsibilities overseen by the Enterprise Strategy and Operations Director.

To be successful in this role you must possess:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent to working experience. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Moderate or greater proficiency in Microsoft Project is required.
- Certifications preferred or considered a plus: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP), Agile or equivalent designation is preferred.
- Previous experience working with and managing construction-related vendors as resources and contracts required.
- Advanced knowledge and experience, minimum of 3-5 years, preferred with extensive experience in Project Management.
- Experience in client-facing, customer-oriented roles required.
- Both Waterfall and Agile methodology experience required.
