Youngsoft is a fast growing IT consulting and services company. We are looking for Business Development Managers (BDM) and Account Managers with 2+ years of new business development and/or account management experience within the IT Consulting, Staffing and Professional Services industry.

Business Development Manager Positions:

  • Acts as primary point-of-contact for assigned accounts
  • Develops and implements strategies for developing business in new accounts / territory
  • Spearheads new lead generation strategies, and account penetration strategies for current accounts
  • Is responsible for managing proposal development and client presentations and interaction
  • Maintains relationships and open communication with onsite Youngsoft resources in their accounts
  • Proactively finds new ways to build the existing business and grow accounts
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of the client’s needs, in order to validate recommendations before presenting to the client
  • Masters and maintains detailed knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in staffing, business development and account management experience
  • Must have demonstrable prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners and End Clients with a consistent track record of success; relationships that can potentially be leveraged for new business
  • Excellent sales and client relationship skills. Ability to interface with a wide range of individuals
  • Proven track record expanding the footprint/ increasing sales in the IT services / consulting / staffing field
  • Extensive cross-selling experience within medium and large companies with a proven and documented revenue growth success.
  • Track record of expanding existing business by researching and targeting opportunities
  • Progressive account management experience within the information technology field is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Desire to “hunt”, pursue new business in new accounts
  • Excellent problem solving skills. Quickly identify and work through obstacles
  • Aggressive and Goal- oriented with ability to work in a high pressure environment: multi tasking, and self motivated.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and still meet deadlines
  • Innovative: Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness and positive attitude

Account Manager Positions:

  • Acts as primary point-of-contact for assigned accounts
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Increase sales opportunities by selling IT services and staffing.
  • Identify staffing needs and job openings with potential and existing client managers
  • Achieve budgeted sales and production objectives established by management
  • Ensure quality customer service by resolving all issues pertaining to your clients and related provider assignments
  • Should be able to work Independently in pursuing leads/revenue targets
  • Spearheads new lead generation/account penetration strategies for assigned accounts
  • Leads day-to-day management and optimization of client requirements
  • Proactively finds new ways to build the existing business and grow the account
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of the client’s needs, in order to validate recommendations before presenting to the client
  • Track leads in salesforce, create reports, and keep organized records of client meetings and communications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in IT staffing and account management experience
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Dynamic personality, outgoing and aggressive, with good listening skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills. Quickly identify and work through obstacles
  • Goal- oriented with ability to work in a high pressure environment: multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
