Relevant Experience: 9+ Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, or Project Management with proven record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap
- Experience in Financial crime and strong Communication skills is must
- In depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
- Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multiple partners
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally
- Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
- Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing is highly preferred.
