SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (RTR) Global Process Architect / Process Owner

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Record to Report (RTR) Process Owners / Global Process Architects to support a global SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP Finance experience and the ability to assess AS-IS regional processes, collaborate with Global Process Leads, and drive alignment toward a global standard template with minimal customization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of SAP Finance experience

  • 5+ years as an RTR Process Owner or Global Process Architect

  • Experience with global SAP implementations

  • Strong SAP S/4HANA expertise in one or more areas:

    • Intercompany Transfers

    • Product Costing

    • Projects and Assets

    • External & Statutory Reporting

    • Allocations

    • Global Process Lead (RTR)

  • Proven experience driving process standardization and improvement

  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, complex environments

  • Excellent organizational, execution, and change management capabilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
