Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute OCM strategies for SAP and ERP transformation programs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including:
  1. Communication strategy
  2. Stakeholder engagement
  3. Workforce transition
  4. Training programs
  5. Change readiness assessments
  • Identify and manage change risks and resistance, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments and present actionable insights.
  • Define and track metrics for adoption, utilization, and proficiency of new solutions.
  • Align executive stakeholders and ensure organization-wide buy-in.
  • Deliver value realization strategies and support business case development.
  • Support cultural transformation and organization design efforts.
  • Provide hands-on leadership across all phases of OCM delivery.
  • Interface with project teams and client counterparts to integrate change activities into broader project plans.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5–10+ years of hands-on OCM experience, with specific success leading SAP change initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with program/project management methodologies and full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • Experience selling or scoping change management services is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous consulting experience in a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Experience in business transformation, value realization, and performance measurement.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
