Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Product Director to lead the organization s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing Salesforce CRM products using a product-oriented delivery model. This role requires a unique blend of business and technical expertise, vision, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate a clear CRM product strategy that aligns with the organization s Salesforce platform and business objectives.
  • Drive outcomes across business development, contact center experience, and stakeholder engagement by leveraging capabilities in Agentic AI, core CRM, personalization, digital outreach, and data management.
  • Ensure strategy aligns with established Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for both the Salesforce platform and functional business areas.

Market Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for advancing CRM capabilities.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide product roadmaps, prioritize features, and anticipate future needs.

Product Development & Delivery

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Salesforce Technical Directors, engineering, UX design, and data integration functions to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.
  • Ensure CRM integrations (inbound and outbound) are reliable, secure, and optimize teammate and customer experiences.
  • Oversee adherence to IT change control and governance processes.

Customer & Stakeholder Focus

  • Champion the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring solutions enhance usability and value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholder experience teams to align business needs with the art of the possible within Salesforce capabilities.

Performance & Metrics

  • Define and track product OKRs to measure outcomes and success.
  • Use KPIs and analytics to drive decision-making, performance optimization, and ROI realization.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships across business and IT functions.
  • Provide transparent product updates and communicate progress effectively to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field (advanced degree welcome but not required).
  • 4 8 years of experience in product management, with demonstrable leadership experience.
  • Salesforce product certifications and hands-on execution experience required.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing products in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare, retail, or technology industries.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce s full CRM suite, including Agentic and Einstein AI.
  • Strong understanding of engagement trends and customer needs across Salesforce and comparable platforms.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, data management, and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of contact center solutions such as journey mapping, real-time reporting, sentiment analysis, and speech analytics.
  • Familiarity with dashboards, interaction reporting, and text analytics tools.
