Job Details
The worker will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolved software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop)computers. Provides technical support, training, process creation and leads various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians
Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
4 Experience providing white-glove executive-level support
5 Experience providing end-user support
5 Experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation
5 Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment
5 Experience supporting Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams
4 Experience supporting video tele-conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
5 Experience creating technical knowledge articles
4 Experience utilising ServiceNow in a support environment
5 Working in a multi-vendor environment for support operations
