Talent Acquisition Manager Mission Critical & Data Center Operations Location: Tempe, AZ | On-Site | Full-Time


Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and a recruiting coordinator, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with field executives and People leadership to intake hiring needs, prioritize requisitions, and deliver staffing solutions.
  • Build scalable recruiting processes and reporting structures to improve time-to-fill, pipeline quality, and executive visibility.
  • Conduct weekly leadership updates, providing accurate requisition tracking and performance metrics.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation sessions twice per week, including occasional early morning coverage.
  • Step in to support direct recruiting activity when necessary (approximately 10%).
  • Handle escalations such as employee complaints, walk-ins, or urgent staffing challenges.
  • Ensure recruiting processes integrate with ATS and onboarding platforms as they are implemented.

Qualifications Required:

  • 3 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience with exposure to high-volume staffing, construction staffing, or mission-critical environments.
  • Prior experience managing recruiters and/or recruiting coordinators.
  • Proven track record of filling field-based, high-volume roles.
  • Strong familiarity with ATS systems and comfort managing requisitions manually if needed.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred) or willingness to learn.

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting for mission-critical or data center projects.
  • Previous exposure to multi-site or regional recruiting operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-growth, unstructured environments.
