Senior Business Analyst 100% Onsite (Mon Fri)
IT Business Consultant Hybrid (Periodic onsite; local to Metro Atlanta required)
Role 1: Senior Business Analyst (Full-Time, Onsite)
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and IT teams. This individual will lead requirement-gathering efforts, document systems processes, and support full lifecycle software development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis and systems design for complex software solutions Elicit and document requirements using techniques like interviews, workshops, and shadowing Create functional specs, screen designs, process flows (Lucidchart), and user stories (JIRA) Support UAT, stakeholder communications, and user documentation Maintain focus on timeline, scope, and budget throughout project lifecycle Requirements: 3+ years in Business/System Analysis roles Hands-on with JIRA, Lucidchart, SDLC methodologies Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or 9+ years of equivalent experience Must be able to work onsite, 5 days a week Nice to Have: Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall experience PMP, ITIL certifications Experience with public sector or justice systems
Role 2: IT Business Consultant (Hybrid, Metro Atlanta)
We are also hiring an IT Business Consultant to lead strategic modernization initiatives. This role blends project leadership, technical insight, and organizational change management (OCM). Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery (initiation to closure) Lead and execute OCM strategy: stakeholder engagement, communication, change readiness (ADKAR model) Oversee technical requirements and align with architecture & development teams Develop and track project plans, schedules, risk logs, and budgets Engage with business and IT stakeholders to ensure delivery and adoption Requirements: Strong technical foundation (e.g., background in programming, architecture, or DBA work) Proven project leadership in Agile or Waterfall settings OCM expertise with tools like ADKAR, stakeholder impact assessments Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and presentation skills Must be based in Metro Atlanta with availability for periodic onsite meetings Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2 certifications Prior experience with case management systems or government modernization efforts
