Requirements:
- Need advanced Job Scheduling experience.
- Perform Workforce Software (WFS) requirements/configuration management for major project.
- Contractor must have level 2 certification in WFS and certification for Job ( Advanced) Scheduler.
- Company requested would be NGI, who perform training for WFS clients in these areas.
- Must be certified in Workforce Software for Job (f.k.a. Advanced) Scheduler, Integrations and Time Integration and Configuration for Workforce Software.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up standards for current time keeping work processes
- Facilitate requirements gathering for Time and Attendance, Job Scheduler and Integrations
- Configure all Job Scheduler production schedules
- Time and Attendance configuration for all banks premiums, shift differentials, security roles, time off request system
- Configure and customize ACT to allow a workflow/process to manage long term absences
- Clock installations
