Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Senior Technical Business Analyst for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be a year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Gather requirements from business units and translate them for programmers and developers.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation decisions.
• Demonstrate informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and leverage improvement opportunities.
• Support one or more highly complex business processes.
• Work on multiple projects as a project team member.
• Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions that meet user needs.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in the field.
• A degree in information management or a similar related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate experience in program management in the field of information management and solution management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with handling program escalations, technical projects, and working with engineering teams. Assist with the development of business requirements, project plans, test cases, and overall solution validation/testing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with data analysis, SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate.
