Job Details

Accountable for directing and expanding sales within designated regions. Manages the sales team tasked with promoting company products and services; responsible for implementing the sales strategy aimed at increasing revenue and achieving profit objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related discipline is necessary.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in sales and/or sales management
  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role in technical solution sales
  • Proven capability to recognize and respond to opportunities for enhancement.
  • Demonstrated experience in executive-level strategic thinking as well as keen analytical thought processes
  • Significant autonomous decision-making authority
  • Advanced interpersonal, presentation, communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in time management, prioritizing, and multi-tasking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (M365)
  • Travel may be necessary 20-30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the ELT to formulate a vision.
  • Oversees, guides, and organizes the activities of 4-10 Account Executives to achieve established goals and objectives.
  • Collaborates closely with leaders in Product Management and Marketing to guarantee that both products and marketing strategies align with customer needs.
  • Compiling sales activity reports and presenting them to upper management.
  • Creates and oversees the sales operational budget.
