Job Title: Implementation Automation Business Analyst

Location: Frisco, TX / Alpharetta, GA / Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite 5 days, M-F)
Type: Full Time/W2 with Infinite Computer Solutions

What does a successful Business Analyst do?

This key role drives the establishment of product requirements for automation and process optimization initiatives while ensuring the organization is fully prepared for successful implementations and launches.

What you will do:

  • Drive requirements gathering sessions in project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional client stakeholders to finalize business requirements and scoping.
  • Identify business processes, assess areas for improvement, and analyze data trends to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to propose potential solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional/design documents.
  • Participate in Agile development activities such as stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Lead product/process demonstrations to showcase deliverables and gather feedback.
  • Act as a liaison among stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on project developments and requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure ongoing communication and satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Assist in developing and executing test plans, including user acceptance testing, to ensure that solutions meet specified requirements and that issues are addressed promptly, supporting overall project success.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or a technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience formulating and defining Business Requirements & Use Cases.
  • Client-facing experience with organizational leaders.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify problems, and propose/develop solutions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Prior experience creating collateral such as reference documents, user guides, and process flows in support of products and solutions.
  • Prior experience working with Technical, QA, and Business Teams to explain requirements and provide functional guidance.
  • Prior experience with preliminary functional testing and preparing Help/Support documentation for new features/fixes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visio.

What would be great to have:

  • Background in technical automation initiatives and business transformation.
  • Power BI or other analytic tools and dashboard experience.
  • Experience utilizing Jira.
