Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Woodlawn, MD(Need local with DL)
Duration: 6+ Months
Visa : GC
Work Mode: Onsite
Additional Notes Provided by Customer:
- Must have led initiatives, will definitely be more of a Team Lead type resource
- Need to be able to mentor the junior members of the team and keep them on track with assignments, etc
- The biggest difference between this position and the regular ServiceNow Developer will be the amount of their experience and if they have led teams before
Key Required Skills:
Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer in various modules and services; Experience as a ServiceNow Team Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team.
Position Description:
- Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.
- Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
- Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
- Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
- Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.
Skills Requirements:
FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS(Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ instead of a degree
- 8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
