RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is partnering with a cutting-edge client in the autonomous robotics space to identify a skilled Integration Engineer based in Austin, TX.
Summary:
This role is pivotal in bridging factory operations with advanced robotics applications, ensuring seamless integration, system reliability, and continuous improvement across production environments. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about deploying innovative solutions in live manufacturing environments.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
* 1+ years of experience in a support or integration engineering role, with a focus on system implementation, troubleshooting complex technical issues and maintenance in production environments
* Strong organizational skills with experience in project management, deployment coordination, or program execution, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and operations teams
* Familiarity with backend/cloud technologies such as C/C++, Golang, GraphQL, NATS, Kafka, gRPC, and SQL, plus DevOps tools like CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitHub
* Experience in robotics, industrial automation, or fleet management systems is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
