Job Details
This team serves as an internal consulting team to the various product teams at client. In addition to the migration/conversion work these individuals will be providing application/product support to existing products.
Technical Skills:
- Extremely strong in C# and .NET
- Experience in upgrading legacy products from .NET Framework to Core
- Skilled in debugging and resolving common issues
- Familiar with and skilled at mitigating breaking changes encountered when moving between major versions of .NET
- Skilled in documenting technical implementation
- Automation skills to quickly scale up impact
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-service and hospitality minded (will need to work with many other teams)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support team members.
- Strong analytical and adaptability skills.
