Systems Administrator

Fuse3 Solutions is working with a stable and growing organization that is currently seeking an experienced Citrix Systems Administrator to join their team. This individual will play a key role in managing and supporting a complex Citrix environment to ensure optimal performance and reliability for end users.

This position is FULLY ONSITE in Oklahoma City and is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities of Systems Administrator:

  • Maintain and support Citrix infrastructure, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (formerly XenApp/XenDesktop).
  • Manage Citrix Studio, Director, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS/MCS).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues related to virtual applications and desktops.
  • Implement patches, updates, and upgrades to Citrix and supporting systems.
  • Ensure system security and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Work closely with network, desktop, and server teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Provide end-user support and resolve issues related to Citrix access and functionality.

Qualifications of Systems Administrator:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Citrix Administrator in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Studio/Director, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler).
  • Experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Familiarity with VMware or other virtualization platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

Salary of Systems Administrator: $100,000 - 140,000 depending on experience

This is a contract-to-hire and fully onsite opportunity in Oklahoma City.
