Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager to lead and coordinate Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects for a dynamic and forward-thinking company. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, external vendors, overseeing Salesforce Sales Lightening, and CPQ implementations throughout the full project lifecycle.

This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, external vendors, overseeing Salesforce Sales Lightening, and CPQ implementations throughout the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project facilitation from inception to completion.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring active communication.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Map out project success criteria with stakeholders and ensure delivery meets these criteria.
- Develop a positive team dynamic to ensure high performance, resolve conflicts, and enable open dialogue.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Lightening and CPQ implementations is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Pay Range: $50.00 - $60.00 Hourly
