As the Sr. Business Systems Analyst - CRM, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and issue resolution with these systems as well as supporting system enhancements and development of new functionality.

***Hybrid work schedule: M/T/W - Onsite, Th/F - Remote***

What you will do
  • Develop proficiency in the Salesforce, CPQ, and ServiceMax platforms.
  • Serve as the backup resource to the system Admins.
  • Assist in identifying, validating, and coordinating problem resolutions with appropriate department(s).
  • Develop an understanding of processes and operational procedures within the commercial business to assist in decision making.
  • Assist with the testing and delivery of solutions for release cycles and/or new projects.
  • Develop proficiency in technical solutions and provides administrative support when needed.
  • Ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved in defining requirements, testing, and creating the proper procedures.
  • Assist with regression testing and stay connected to divisional and global CRM launches on our shared platform.
  • Coordinate with IT counterparts on system enhancements and reported incidents - accountable for timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and compliance activities within prescribed area.


What you need
  • Bachelor's degree in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience required.
  • 1+ year Salesforce, CPQ, and/or ServiceMax experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills required.
  • Proficiency in PC skills working with large datasets required.

$67,400 - $120,500salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
