Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a high-performing team of HR product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Execute the product strategy & roadmap for Workday s Core HCM Module. Work can also span across capabilities such as time and attendance, payroll, benefits, or advanced compensation.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables, including technical specifications, epics, and user stories for agile development teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Total Rewards and Client Technology Services (STS) to design and maintain seamless integrations with downstream systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Stay abreast of Workday releases and feature previews, proactively assessing impact and championing the adoption of relevant enhancements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance, gathering user feedback, and optimizing process efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for all Workday Compensation-related issues.

What You Have

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years of technical Workday expertise with HCM, including core functions such as managing personal data, organization structure, business processes, and security.
  • Proven success as a Product Owner for technology solutions.

Experience working on product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and in agile delivery practices.

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven success aligning product strategy with HR technology and business needs.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and experience delivering Workday-based solutions.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational changes and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Workday integration hands-on experience a plus.
