We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Director to lead strategic initiatives and enhance brand visibility for our organization. Based in Irwindale, California, this role requires a forward-thinking leader with expertise in digital marketing and consumer packaged goods (CPG). The ideal candidate will drive innovative campaigns and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives and enhance brand presence.
Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
Conduct market analysis and utilize insights to refine strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals and brand identity.
Manage budget allocation for marketing activities and monitor expenses to maximize ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors.
Foster brand awareness and loyalty through innovative approaches and consistent messaging.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership marketing role, preferably within the CPG industry.
Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media management.
Strong ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
