Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (PM) to lead a complex, large-scale implementation of an Order Management and Portfolio Management System (OMS/PMS) across multiple business lines. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong leader with experience managing enterprise-level programs, multiple workstreams, and a wide range of integration points in an agile development environment.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of OMS/PMS across Wealth, Private Banking, and Trust groups
- Lead multiple agile workstreams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and execution
- Act as the main point of accountability-setting expectations, driving deliverables, and maintaining alignment across stakeholders
- Partner with 6+ key stakeholder teams to manage integrations across 20+ custodians, 30K+ accounts, and 15+ trade routes
- Balance internal proprietary systems with third-party vendor solutions to ensure a cohesive implementation
- Work closely with EPMO, development, business, and vendor teams to deliver on project goals
- Understand OMS/PMS workflows in a wealth or asset management context to effectively manage the project from day one
qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager leading complex, enterprise-level implementations
- Strong background in application development project management
- OMS/PMS implementation experience highly preferred
- Experience within wealth or asset management environments
- Proven ability to lead agile teams and deliver results in fast-paced settings
