*** We need: A senior project manager who has lead the implementation of EMR systems with a heavy preference toward eClinicalWorks (eCW). Manager must be Hands-on implementing or managing projects involving eClinicalWorks (eCW) strongly preferred and Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, practice operations, medical billing, and healthcare data standards. Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in complex clinical environments. *** CANDIDTES NEED TO BE ABLE TO START A NEW PROJECT WITHIN A WEEK AND I WANT TO SEE ALL QUALIFIED CANDIDATES EVEN IF OVER THE TARGET RATE. THE CLINT IS DESPERATE AND MUST FILL THIS WEEK.

Job Description:
Lead end-to-end implementation of EMR systems, with a focus on eClinicalWorks (eCW), from project initiation through go-live and post-implementation support.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders including physicians, nurses, IT teams, practice administrators, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and ensure alignment of the EMR system with clinical workflows.
Coordinate system configuration, data migration, testing, training, and user adoption strategies.
Manage project budgets, track milestones, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
Facilitate regular status meetings, produce project documentation, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Oversee vendor relationships, including contracts, deliverables, and performance evaluations.
Identify opportunities for system optimization post-implementation and lead enhancement efforts.
Provide leadership and coaching to cross-functional project teams, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Required:

10+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT, with at least 3 years focused on EMR/EHR implementations.
Hands-on experience implementing or managing projects involving eClinicalWorks (eCW) strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, practice operations, medical billing, and healthcare data standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in complex clinical environments.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare, including HIPAA, Meaningful Use, and HL7 interfaces.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello).
Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall project environments.
Preferred:

PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
Certification or formal training in eClinicalWorks.
Experience with clinical integrations, interoperability, and data migration in EMR projects.
