- 5+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, production-ready Ruby on Rails code.
- Experience with testing frameworks like RSpec
- Experience with deployment and infrastructure tools like AWS, Kubernetes, or similar
- Experience with version control systems like GitHub
- Experience with building RESTFul APIs, testing using Postman
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
