Role: This is a reference to a Wire Harness engineer (3+ years of experience in Wiring Harness Product Development Engineering)

Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Advanced English, oral and written
- 3+ years of experience in Wiring Harness Product Development Engineering
- Demonstrated ability to support global teams
- Ability to read and apply wiring schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness routing
- Demonstrated success in managing and prioritizing multiple projects with or without direct ownership
- Experience with FMEA (Failure modes and effects analysis), DVP&R (Design Verification Plan and Report)
- Experience with CREO schematic and parametric cabling
- Hands on experience for wiring with knowledge of wiring, wire types, connectors and connector types
- Experience with electrical systems on appliances
- Black Belt/Green Belt trained or certified / Opex tools knowledge and application
- Ability to travel (up to ~30%) (build support at plants, prototypes, etc)
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- engineering or technical experience leading projects for product development
- Experience in CAD 2D/3D (e.g. Creo, Catia, Solid Edge) - Added advantage
- Working knowledge of electrical principles
- Willingness to learn CREO schematic and parametric cabling
- Advanced English, oral and written
