Job Title- Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant

Location: Remote work

Duration- 6 Months contract

Responsibilities:

• Configure NetSuite's financial modules, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets, to align with the company's accounting practices and financial reporting needs.
• Configure Procurement, procure to pay module.
• Collaborate with business function owners and commercial program owners, account owners, and other leaders within PCS to address business needs that can be improved through more effective solutions within NetSuite.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs within NetSuite to provide accurate and timely financial data to stakeholders. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Work comfortably in a heavily customized NetSuite environment, including managing and improving automated processes.
• Function as the primary documentation owner for all NetSuite processes, including existing and newly implemented processes, scripts, and workflows.
• Work alongside the business and technology teams to recommend and design process improvements with systematic implications or solutions.
• Oversee the financial implementation or development lifecycle for creating and implementing NetSuite-oriented business solutions or improvements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and business outcomes.
• Identify and implement improvement in financial processes within Netsuite, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Automate financial operations where possible to reduce manual effort and error.
• Train end users on how to effectively use NetSuite features and applications.
• Take a firsthand approach to troubleshooting, collaborating across technical and business teams to manage outcomes.

Experience required:

• Have 5+ years of functional experience with NetSuite financial modules and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Netsuite accounting records.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining P2P, O2C and R2R cycles in NetSuite.
• Experience in NetSuite, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Fixed Asset, ARM, Suite Projects etc,
• Experience in NetSuite Suite Flow, Saved Searches, Reporting, and Dashboards, preferably Suite Analytics.
• 5 to 6 full life cycle implementation experience.
• Have either had a similar role or prior work experience in consulting, financial system implementation, or managed services company dedicated to delivering NetSuite implementations is preferred.
• Good to have a CMA, CS, CFA, CA, or with similar Finance domain government certifications.
• Good to have a commerce background in academics such as B. Com, M. Com, or MBA-Finance
