Role : Business Development Manager/Sales/IT Recruiter US IT Staffing
Location: 100% REMOTE in INDIA
Position Type & Duration : Fulltime
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager/Sales with solid experience in US IT staffing and recruitment sales. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, managing end-to-end recruitment activities, and handling be able to work independently on client requirements and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and Tier 1 vendors.
- Work independently on end-to-end recruitment requirements, understanding client needs and ensuring quality delivery.
- Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates.
- Manage and drive H1B transfers, including identifying candidates, initiating transfer processes, and ensuring compliance.
- Prepare and present client proposals, conduct rate negotiations, and close deals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and document activities in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and recruitment within the US IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship building, and achieving revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of US staffing practices, employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations (H1B, etc.).
- Experience with H1B transfer processes, including sourcing and onboarding eligible candidates.
- Strong ability to work independently on client requirements with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS, and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- Familiarity with VMS/MSP platforms and vendor ecosystems.
- Existing client base or industry network is a strong plus.
