Workday Financial Analyst

Role: Workday Financial Analyst Location: Remote
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Elicitation of requirements and documenting use cases from multiple stakeholders for the purpose of resolving Workday Finance related service request tickets.

Ability to differentiate between an existing system issue vs. a new change the business is requesting.

Engage in business process mapping and collaborate with Finance & the enterprise (if needed) to document future state processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Perform analysis to determine change impacts on production system.

Size and estimate service ticket requests.

Elicitation of requirements and documentation of use cases.

Coordinate activities between cross-functional teams, internal & external stakeholders, and vendors for the purpose of resolving production support issues.

EXPERIENCE

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Financials Analyst supporting a full suite of Workday Finance SKU s.

2+ Years of hands-on experience supporting complex Workday integrations.

2+ Years of hands-on experience supporting complex Workday security.

Ability to hit the ground running.

Ability to work in fast paced environment.

Experience working on diverse, cross-functional teams leading the elicitation of business requirements and needs, analyzing information skillfully, and developing solutions, and making recommendations to solve complex business problems.

Excellent communication skills, including group presentation and facilitation.

Ability to employ active listening and be clear and positive during consensus building.

Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.

Ability to troubleshoot highly complex problems within the Finance Workday environment.

Expert with Office 365 tooling, MS Teams, Visio.

Smartsheet experience is a bonus.

Change Management (mindsets & behaviors) experience and understanding.
