• C# Full stack Engineer (Hybrid- Redmond)
• located in Redmond, WA must be able to go onsite 3 days a week.

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

• 3-5+ years of Full Stack Development
• Professional working experience with AI Integration, DevOps & Operational Excellence
• Design and develop scalable applications using C# and .NET
• Build modern web interfaces with ReactJS (or similar web front technologies).
• Develop strong API and backend components (e.g., Azure Functions or equivalent).
• Work with SQL or NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Must Have: Build services that utilize and integrate Generative AI / LLMs.
• Good to Have: Design and implement AI Agents using frameworks like MCP or A2A.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability, telemetry, and monitoring solutions.
• Set up alerting mechanisms to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
