Job Title: Agile Champion / Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Champion / Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives and drive successful delivery of medium to high-complexity product solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong agile expertise, risk management capabilities, and proven experience in aligning engineering execution with product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive delivery by working across teams to identify, track, and resolve risks and impediments.

  • Manage the full risk lifecycle, from identification to resolution.

  • Track and ensure timely execution of key product initiatives across engineering and product teams.

  • Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously across diverse teams and technologies.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to build viable and scalable roadmaps.

  • Provide executive-level program health updates to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Enforce compliance with SDLC standards and documentation quality across teams.

  • Guide and mentor Technical Project Managers, Agile Champions, and other stakeholders.

  • Foster collaboration and consensus-building across technical, product, and third-party stakeholders.

  • Influence outcomes by clarifying ambiguous objectives and simplifying complex problems.

  • Monitor delivery metrics and help teams adopt industry and product best practices.

  • Champion Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate rapid application development methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 9 years of experience in Project or Program Management, with a focus on Agile environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other software development life cycles.

  • Deep understanding of software design and delivery at scale.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product-aligned outcomes.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate across all levels of an organization.

  • Experience working with metrics and performance indicators to improve team efficiency.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, PMP, or equivalent certifications.

  • Experience working in an enterprise or product-centric environment.

  • Familiarity with modern Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
