Job Title: Workday Time Tracking Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Position Type: 7 months contract
Summary:
We are seeking a Workday Time Tracking Consultant (CL8) with deep expertise in full lifecycle Workday Time Tracking implementations. This role is ideal for someone certified in Workday Time Tracking with experience in leading Phase 1 implementations, cross-functional collaboration, and complex stakeholder management. Payroll certification is a plus. Travel expenses are covered when on-site in Harrisburg, PA.
Experience:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Workday Time Tracking Certification (Active and Maintained Required)
- 5+ years of experience leading Time Tracking projects
- 3+ full Workday Time Tracking implementations (Phase 1, not just support)
- Strong experience leading design sessions, client testing, and deployment planning
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Workday modules
- Experience managing complex stakeholder organizations
- Bachelor s degree
Nice-to-Have:
- Workday Payroll Certification
