Telecom Engineer with Five9 & MS-Teams and AVAYA is optional
Location - Vacaville, CA (Remote position but candidate should be near location of Vacaville, CA so that attend the monthly meeting at client place.
Duration - 12+ Months (May extend till 48 months)
 
Must-have requirements:
1.MSTeams and MSTeams Telephony migration
2.Five9 Contact Center
3.Proficient networking experience
4.Project Management.
5.OPTIONAL:  AVAYA telephony.
 
 
 
Position: Senior Telecom Engineer / Lead
Location: Pleasanton, CA/ Remote support
Rate: DOE
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12+ Months (May extend till 48 months)
 
Must Haves
Technical lead of the Five9 project (design, infrastructure setup, integration, testing, documentation, coordination, project tasks, implementation)
Contact center and administration
Remote Telecom services and remote workforce support
Plan, organize, host technical discussions with Five9 and IT Cross-functional teams
 Expert in Avaya Telecom operations/systems
Provide weekly project status / report to IT Ops
Provide knowledge transfer to the Telecom team
