Job Title: Java Backend Developer Role


Location: Charlotte, NC /Jersey City, NJ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM EST


Must-Have Skills



  • Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8+)



  • Proven experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs



  • Solid understanding of high-volume, high-availability systems



  • Experience working with production-critical applications



  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset



  • Experience with AWS / Cloud-native services





  • Background in operations & production support for large-scale systems



  • Experience handling low-latency, high-throughput applications



  • Financial services or transaction-based system experience



Compensation


Hourly Rate: $65 - $70 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
