Position: Infrastructure Program Manager
Location: Frisco, TX - Hybrid
Duration: 6+ Months
Client won't be able to sponsor any visa
W2 ONLY
- Required Skills: Must have: experience with Agile environments, Jira Board, 5+ years in management or leadership, managing multi million dollar initiatives/ projects, resource planning, budgeting, background in Infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects in two or more of the following technical disciplines: network architecture, cloud engineering, virtualization, storage, infrastructure automation, database management, or security infrastructure.
- Experience in managing teams working across multiple, diverse technologies and operational environments.
- Experience working in Jira, creating project plans, and managing project budgets
- Nice to have: Planview AgilePlace
- Project/Day to Day Information:
- Lead and manage multiple infrastructure initiatives and tasks, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports to track progress and ensure transparency.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize work, and ensure seamless integration and delivery. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Develop, mentor, and grow a high-performing, diverse project team, building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance requirements throughout all aspects of project management.
- Build necessary reports and dashboards for executive tracking and communications.
