Location: McLean, VA (Onsite) Experience: 10+ Years (Ex Capital One Exp is Prefered)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior-level Golang Developer with strong backend development expertise and hands-on Capital One project experience. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and microservices, ensuring scalability, performance, and security in a financial services environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in software development, with recent Golang expertise.
- Must have Capital One project experience.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, Microservices, Cloud (AWS preferred).
- Proficient in CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience in banking/financial applications.
