RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - SailPoint in Fort Washington, PA.
Summary:
The SailPoint Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining identity governance solutions with the enterprise IGA system. This role supports enterprise-wide identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and compliance initiatives. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to automate access controls, integrate applications, and enhance security posture through scalable and efficient identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Onboarding applications
* Building connectors
* Implementing role-based access controls (RBAC)
* Supporting audit readiness across identity and access management (IAM) domains
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing SailPoint
* Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and ISC, strategy, design, implementation, and operations
* Experience with other programming languages including Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL
* Expertise working with JDBC, REST API, SCIM
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
