Job Details
- Manage and lead team to implement SAP SuccessFactors, Compensation module.
- 5-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with specialization in PMGM ( Performance & Goals Management )
- It is for functional consultant s role
- Gather business requirements and define functional specification with stakeholders, design process, configuration and testing, data conversion.
- Responsible for system customization and all change requests.
- Monitor delivery performance and quality, include system testing.
- Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder s commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.
